Tips on Good Contact Lens Wear:

• Do not wear your contact lenses beyond the period recommended by your optometrist
• Contact lens care includes rubbing, rinsing, sterilizing and storing
• Wash your hands thoroughly before handling your contact lenses
• Clean both sides of your lenses. DO NOT use tap water to clean or wet your contact lenses
• Wear your contacts prior to applying make-up. Remove contacts prior to removing eye make-up
• Avoid wearing contacts overnight as this increases your risk of developing infections of the cornea
• Get in the habit of removing your contacts when you get home from work or school, and wear your glasses. This gives your eyes time to breath
